Hi, my name is Maria

and I’m experienced UI/UX designer currently living in Belgium (aleee!). I’ve had the luck to reside in Italy, UK, Bulgaria and for a while in India. I love "all things digital" and I started my career as a Graphic Designer 13 years ago. Later this grew into an Art Director position, morphed a bit into Head of Digital, Head of Operations, Digital Marketing advisor and ended up being a Creative Director.

I stand behind the idea that design, marketing and user experience come together in a single journey for a person interacting with a brand. Therefore I could never see one working without the other - just design without idea, just strategy without visual or just experience without the charm of a sleek UI.

If you're still reading, I'm going to bore you with some curriculum details. I have a Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts, and I have a lot of experience behind my back. I worked with both large and small clients at all stages of their development. I worked in a classic advertising agency and supported a few startups as well. I helped build and set up a multi-cultural digital marketing agency in two countries. I understand the business side of every project and enjoy creating a matching brand representation that gives my clients the quality they deserve.
